Boltless Shelving Beam Lot

Designed for versatility, these Hallowell Rivetwell boltless shelving heavy duty beams are a great option for assembling shelves in warehouses, shops, stockrooms, garages and other commercial or industrial spaces. Built of sturdy steel, most items are powder-coated tan, giving them a durable finish designed to last for years. Some pieces are galvanized, perfect for preventing corrosion. Perfect for document storage and inventorying, they're also great as automotive tire racks. Reclaimed; in good, used condition, with minor blemishes.
11 or 14 gauge thick; 1 or 2 rivets per beam.
No fasteners required; align rivets with keyholes then tap into place.
Designed to fit Hallowell 1.5" on-center posts; may fit other uprights.
Includes a variety of beams, supports and miscellaneous pieces.
Double rivet beams for top and bottom perimeter installation.
Single rivet beams for intermediate levels only.
For use with 5/8" particle board, EZ Deck, or wire decking.

INVENTORY

Galvanized plates: 8”W x 41.75”L. Angled edges on long sides, about 2” in. Six 5/16” holes. Qty. 12.
Down Aisle Grating Support (DAGS). Attaches to unit front between rows to provide support for grating on 2-level Rivetwell installations. Angled edge on one long side & 90° edge on other long side: 3.5”W x 48.5”L x 2”H (non-angled edge) x 1.5”H (angled edge; 1.75”W). 2 rivets & one 5/16” hole on each end. Qty. 3.
Center Support (CS). Bolts to double rivet angle or channel beams to add support to decking and stabilize beams. Requires nuts and bolts for assembly. 90° edge on all sides: 3.5”W x 47.5”L x 1-5/8” H. Two 1/4” holes on each end. Qty. 11.
Double Rivet Angle Beam (ABS). For left to right and front to back shelf support. Tan with one 90° edge on one long side. 2.75”W x 1”H. 2 rivets & one 1/4” hole on each end. One 1/4” hole on each 90° side end. Side corners at @ 45° angle.

Single Rivet Beam (SRB). For use as left to right and front to back support. Tan, C shaped. 1”W (widest side of C). 1/2”W (shortest side of C). 1/2”D. 45° angled ends. 1 rivet & one 1/4” hole on each end.
