These new snap-on edge protectors and wear strips are perfect for safeguarding expensive sheet metal equipment and material such as conveyor systems. Made of versatile MDS-filled nylon, they offer excellent lubricity and wear properties, keeping your equipment in tip-top shape with less down-time, which keeps maintenance costs low. And, at only 10% of their typical supplier pricing, they help keep your budget in check, too!

• Dark gray or black; for indoor use only.
• Temperature range: -40°F to 225°F. 
• In 100' coils (with some additional shorter lengths). 
• Perfect for wear applications required by conveyor rails, elevator rails or anywhere that non-rust wear guides are needed. 

Two lots available: 

• Edge protector (photos 1 - 6): 
  • For 1/16" to 3/32" sheet metal; heavy duty walls; gray. 
  • Approximately 650' to 700'. 
• Wear strip (photos 7 - 10): 
  • For 1/16" to 1/8" thick conveyor bed or side rails; black. 
  • Approximately 600' to 650'.
