We offer delivery services within about a 25 mile range from our downtown SLC location. Deliveries are generally offloaded curbside; we are unable to place items inside a building or move them to the back of a home, etc. If a driveway is easily accessible, we can often drop the material there. Depending on the material, you may need to provide assistance; for instance, many appliances require at least 2 people to offload, so you will need to have someone on site to help our driver offload.
For large deliveries, like bundles of lumber, polyiso insulation bunks, etc., if you are unable to provide a forklift and operator on site, you must provide several people to hand offload quickly.
Assuming the delivery can be handled solo by our driver, and you are okay with leaving the material curbside, you are not required to be on-site at time of delivery.
Deliveries must be pre-paid with a card or Zelle payment. If you prefer to pay in cash at the time of delivery, you must place a card on file with us to mobilize the order. The card will not be charged unless you reduce or cancel your order after it's been mobilized, in which case a 10% restocking fee will be applied. We cannot mobilize an order without either pre-payment or a card on file.
Pricing: $10 base fee + 1-way mileage + estimated labor time (prep, driving, unloading) = Delivery Fee (rounded up in $5.00 increments).
