• A 2018 Trane 3 ton condenser that was $3,300 is now only $2,700. 
• All 4'x8' polyiso insulation has been reduced by at least $0.50 per sheet. 
• Gum rubber roll prices have been absolutely slashed by 60%, dropping from $750 to only $300. 
• Moen kitchen faucets have dropped $15 to only $135.
